Wisdom of Mother Nature aims to every creature that came to Earth, could show a maximum force of his consciousness in the transformation of matter. Each person comes to life with their individual mission, constantly adjusting the individual program, which promotes the implementation of its evolutionary ascent in [2] In the execution of the program and the mission of the whole person is involved as a single integrated and self-sustaining over the system. But very often our mind is identified with any one form and directs all its forces on the development and research of this particular structure, making it difficult to fulfill the mission. In an integrated system, "Man" in such a large and important structures form an "I-complex" (a person, external, fragmentary, social, empirical personality). In psychology and pedagogy of the concept of "person" does not have a clear and unambiguous definition. In domestic and foreign psychology, there are many concepts of personality (AF Lazurskii, VN Myasischev, Leontiev, SL Rubinstein, A. Kovalev, KK Platonov, DN Uznadze, VA Poisons, AG Asmolov, AB Orlov, Freud, A. Adler, Jung, Rogers, Eysenck, Bandura, A. Frome, LA Hell, D. Ziegler et al.).
The answer to the question: "What is the self?" Depends on the variety and depth of intelligence interpreter. It is considered that a person refers to a person as a carrier of consciousness or something relatively stable, durable, endowed with the highest values, wisdom, and thus the authority to manage not only their lives but also the lives of other people and living things. In fact, such a stable and independent center, called "personality", we do not, we are always different, dynamic, fluid, changeable.
The purpose of the article is aimed at something that would: a) to show that the structure of the human has many personalities. In this case, we distinguish two persons - foreign and domestic, whose activities are largely contradictory; b) propose the concept of human structure and the presence of his personality not only external but internal; c) Note that changing the concentration of the mind promotes the transition from the level of the individual to the level of the external inner personality. This transition is characterized by the fact of transition as an altered state of consciousness of the individual.
Structure of human we consider as a continuum (continuous) with respect to the harmonious unity of the outer personality, inner personality, soul and spirit. Outer personality - this is a transitional living image that we create in relation to oneself, others and that other people create for us. We live in a world of subjective, unreal, imaginary images, images exist between communication links that are not true. Indeed, the true relationship between people as human socialization completely disappear and are replaced by a pseudo relationship - the relationship of external personalities. Objective, the true relationship between people set at the level of internal personalities and their souls. In a trance personal psychology inner personality and soul defines the concept of "essence", "inner man", "self", "higher self."
Study and description of the external personality or "I-set" devoted a huge amount of research in various fields of science, religion and literature. In fact the whole of modern scientific psychology and pedagogy study not nothing but a mental field fragmented personality, its conscious and unconscious. The study of mental structures beyond the outer personality in psychic worlds only planned, which is reflected in transpersonal psychology, existential psychology, depth psychology, integral psychology, Christian psychology, psychosynthesis. Social identity is made ​​up of fragments of Energy and is not innate form, it develops on the basis of the archetypes of world culture in the process of education, training, self-development and reflects the process of self-discovery by man of the outside world. Consciousness is fragmented personality formed the cultural and historical context or communication arising between the individual and the society.Individual in its external and internal communications and a person. Newborn gradually assigns, builds the outside world and at the same time becomes an integral part.
Social and personality - a single unit. The outside world, perceived analyzer system is decoded by the brain and has the subjective meaning and thus gradually formed a relatively independent and unique "I complex." Exploring the fragmented personality, we try to create an objective view of the entire system by the name of "Man", forgetting (or not knowing) that social personality is only the surface of the majestic education. If a person in its development has reached some outstanding results in terms of society, to develop one or many of their faces, they talk about her giftedness, talent and genius. With the implementation of higher consciousness, he becomes a saint. People are more concerned with the biography of the social personality than the evolution of his inner being. Temporary values ​​fragmented personality replaced the eternal values ​​of the soul. There is reasonable attempts to calculate how many geniuses existed on Earth in a period of time, what is their contribution to world culture. But no one took the liberty to determine the number of people who have realized higher self genius - is incomplete disclosure qualities of mind and strength of spirit that is reflected in the intellectual and creative abilities of the individual.Genius, like any man, unique combinations of personality, soul and spiritual qualities. All purchases genius as the most undeveloped man, an absolute value and pouring into the treasury of the whole of humanity. Each new generation of "live" all geniuses "good and evil", known and unknown world history. However, in the religious philosophy of yoga contribution to world culture is primarily determined by the spiritual fulfillment of man's true identity development, but not its social achievements. Technocratic world appreciate the mind and intellect, human nature is waiting for a higher opening - the spiritual. East honors the spiritual people, saints, awakened, west - the men of science, politics, business and economic leaders. There is no sense in a special disclosure abilities on what focuses the western paradigm of education, if not the task of the spiritual formation of the person, ie. Personal development is due to human activity of its higher consciousness. Consciousness is not frozen by a constant, it is constantly moving from one level to another mental. Self-change state of consciousness is a feature of the developing psyche of the individual, this is accompanied by the formation of psychophysiological and psychosocial communication channels. With the transition to another state of consciousness, higher or lower, the individual consciousness expands and gains access to new flows of information that were not available to him before. This changes the whole of his psychic structure: the character, feelings, thinking, will, ability, imagination.Nature of the movement of consciousness determines the entire course of human ontogenesis, its mission and program of life [2]. Under favorable conditions of the outside world, changes occur in the individual more pronounced adverse social conditions delay the opening of the consciousness. Self-expanding human consciousness through the power of his same higher consciousness and correctly assisted by other people. At any age in humans remains scope of intellectual and spiritual growth, and this opportunity should be used until the last minutes of life.

Giftedness, talent, genius - a gift from the inside, when the consciousness manifests itself most clearly in the field of psycho-physiological personality that becomes possible with the most well-organized social and natural support. These qualities indicate a close and constant contact with your social identity true "I".
