Wisdom of Mother Nature aims to every creature that came to Earth, could show a maximum force of his consciousness in the transformation of matter. Each person comes to life with their individual mission, constantly adjusting the individual program, which promotes the implementation of its evolutionary ascent in [2] In the execution of the program and the mission of the whole person is involved as a single integrated and self-sustaining over the system. But very often our mind is identified with any one form and directs all its forces on the development and research of this particular structure, making it difficult to fulfill the mission. In an integrated system, "Man" in such a large and important structures form an "I-complex" (a person, external, fragmentary, social, empirical personality). In psychology and pedagogy of the concept of "person" does not have a clear and unambiguous definition. In domestic and foreign psychology, there are many concepts of personality (AF Lazurskii, VN Myasischev, Leontiev, SL Rubinstein, A. Kovalev, KK Platonov, DN Uznadze, VA Poisons, AG Asmolov, AB Orlov, Freud, A. Adler, Jung, Rogers, Eysenck, Bandura, A. Frome, LA Hell, D. Ziegler et al.).

The answer to the question: "What is the self?" Depends on the variety and depth of intelligence interpreter. It is considered that a person refers to a person as a carrier of consciousness or something relatively stable, durable, endowed with the highest values, wisdom, and thus the authority to manage not only their lives but also the lives of other people and living things. In fact, such a stable and independent center, called "personality", we do not, we are always different, dynamic, fluid, changeable.

The purpose of the article is aimed at something that would: a) to show that the structure of the human has many personalities. In this case, we distinguish two persons - foreign and domestic, whose activities are largely contradictory; b) propose the concept of human structure and the presence of his personality not only external but internal; c) Note that changing the concentration of the mind promotes the transition from the level of the individual to the level of the external inner personality. This transition is characterized by the fact of transition as an altered state of consciousness of the individual.

Structure of human we consider as a continuum (continuous) with respect to the harmonious unity of the outer personality, inner personality, soul and spirit. Outer personality - this is a transitional living image that we create in relation to oneself, others and that other people create for us. We live in a world of subjective, unreal, imaginary images, images exist between communication links that are not true. Indeed, the true relationship between people as human socialization completely disappear and are replaced by a pseudo relationship - the relationship of external personalities. Objective, the true relationship between people set at the level of internal personalities and their souls. In a trance personal psychology inner personality and soul defines the concept of "essence", "inner man", "self", "higher self."

Study and description of the external personality or "I-set" devoted a huge amount of research in various fields of science, religion and literature. In fact the whole of modern scientific psychology and pedagogy study not nothing but a mental field fragmented personality, its conscious and unconscious. The study of mental structures beyond the outer personality in psychic worlds only planned, which is reflected in transpersonal psychology, existential psychology, depth psychology, integral psychology, Christian psychology, psychosynthesis. Social identity is made ​​up of fragments of Energy and is not innate form, it develops on the basis of the archetypes of world culture in the process of education, training, self-development and reflects the process of self-discovery by man of the outside world. Consciousness is fragmented personality formed the cultural and historical context or communication arising between the individual and the society.Individual in its external and internal communications and a person. Newborn gradually assigns, builds the outside world and at the same time becomes an integral part.

Social and personality - a single unit. The outside world, perceived analyzer system is decoded by the brain and has the subjective meaning and thus gradually formed a relatively independent and unique "I complex." Exploring the fragmented personality, we try to create an objective view of the entire system by the name of "Man", forgetting (or not knowing) that social personality is only the surface of the majestic education. If a person in its development has reached some outstanding results in terms of society, to develop one or many of their faces, they talk about her giftedness, talent and genius. With the implementation of higher consciousness, he becomes a saint. People are more concerned with the biography of the social personality than the evolution of his inner being. Temporary values ​​fragmented personality replaced the eternal values ​​of the soul. There is reasonable attempts to calculate how many geniuses existed on Earth in a period of time, what is their contribution to world culture. But no one took the liberty to determine the number of people who have realized higher self genius - is incomplete disclosure qualities of mind and strength of spirit that is reflected in the intellectual and creative abilities of the individual.Genius, like any man, unique combinations of personality, soul and spiritual qualities. All purchases genius as the most undeveloped man, an absolute value and pouring into the treasury of the whole of humanity. Each new generation of "live" all geniuses "good and evil", known and unknown world history. However, in the religious philosophy of yoga contribution to world culture is primarily determined by the spiritual fulfillment of man's true identity development, but not its social achievements. Technocratic world appreciate the mind and intellect, human nature is waiting for a higher opening - the spiritual. East honors the spiritual people, saints, awakened, west - the men of science, politics, business and economic leaders. There is no sense in a special disclosure abilities on what focuses the western paradigm of education, if not the task of the spiritual formation of the person, ie. Around the world, a very widely used various methods and tests to assess the mental development of a fragmented personality. But these estimates do not reflect the opinions and may not represent the true human qualities - especially soul. Interpretation of empirical data on the development of personality is purely speculative. Soul and spirituality can not be tested and distributed through the ranks. If the underdeveloped social personality if its physiological and psychological structures are ill, if it is antisocial, that person is of little value in the eyes of society and better, it would seem, did not come into this life. If a person belongs to a religion or had their original thinking, it can also be objectionable to a particular society, useless person for the state. Meanwhile, science and religion say about the uniqueness of every person, its absolute value and significance, regardless of psychophysiological characteristics, health, intelligence, social status and religion.For each person has a much higher being than fragmented personality and this structure is traditionally called the soul. Earthly creation in the image of the outer personality characterizes the subject of activity or sociobiological man, but it is not a spiritual being. Social identity for the time hides the true identity of the soul, but it reaches a certain strength, they gradually transform its external education and realize their potential to the fullest.

At birth, a person already has a certain structure, which in the course of the child's growth and its transformation into an adult develops gradually. This structure is the essence or true personality and soul. True identity is a gross energy-shell soul. In an embodiment of the soul into matter forms numerous energy-branches in the structure of the brain, from which gradually formed sub-personalities (as pointed to in psychosynthesis). Gradually built up a harmonious system, when a sub-personalities formed outer personality designed to obtain information about specific conditions of life and development. Single person collects all the information about these conditions and determines how to behave on the soul at the same time brings about changes for the spiritual development of man. Usually to five years true identity completely know the conditions under which it came, and forms a "branch" for the development of general and special abilities, needs and motivations. From that moment, the rapid development of social identity and ends this process each in its time. In some, it is a period of 15 years, while others - 20 and later, but for 25 years it is a stable structure. Social identity is a product of society and true identity, it becomes a "servant of two masters." In everyday life, work and communication people are aware of the ability to use only the outer personality. At the same time the most direct way, without words and signs are spoken and their inner being, what we call the unconscious communications.Sometimes they give the spirit a person to perform certain actions to address the needs and motives.

In relation to the objective consciousness mind fragmented personality subjective, illusory, fragmentary, incomplete, ignorant. External person-a person can be given the numerous advantages and disadvantages, but it does not have objective consciousness. Every man in his time there comes a time when the external force of personality transformed soul, there is the objectification of consciousness [5]. Man gets reborn. Spiritually realized person is the other pole of reality - objective consciousness. The vast majority of people can not communicate with both mentally undeveloped people and with highly intelligent and spiritual development. It seems that the person is trying to moderately and decide the fate of both that spiritual and intellectual genius, like imbeciles citizens are in complete subjection to a "normal" human development. Most of the psychological and pedagogical technologies, as well as the whole system of education, aimed at growing "normally programmed" children and adults, because education - is the assimilation of social, political, cultural and moral programs. Very little explored issues of education and development of life values ​​for the mentally retarded and sick people. Just not enough to develop educational technology training and education of gifted children. In secular schools there is no reasonable technology to assist in the spiritual development, but such techniques are used in religion, yoga, Sufism, Taoism, and many other areas of human thought. It is on the integration of self-disclosure and soul emphasis in training and education.

In the national psychology has its own view of the nature of the soul, on the talent and genius of man. Cleverness is a systemic quality of the psyche that develops during the life of the individual and determines the possibility of achieving better results [1, p. 135]. The main criterion is the nature of the child's giftedness implementation activities. Of particular interest is diagnosis of creative talent in childhood and the development of technologies to support natural abilities to further their development. At the First International Conference "Talent: Working concept of" VM Filippov noted that the issue of disclosure of gifted children is relevant to society as a whole and for the individual himself. Should be disclosed and claimed talents of each child [1, p. 134].Of course, the need to develop psychological and pedagogical technologies for teaching gifted children, but even more relevant are these technologies by which all children are gradually revealing the "gift of God" or the soul.

Personal development is due to human activity of its higher consciousness. Consciousness is not frozen by a constant, it is constantly moving from one level to another mental. Self-change state of consciousness is a feature of the developing psyche of the individual, this is accompanied by the formation of psychophysiological and psychosocial communication channels. With the transition to another state of consciousness, higher or lower, the individual consciousness expands and gains access to new flows of information that were not available to him before. This changes the whole of his psychic structure: the character, feelings, thinking, will, ability, imagination.Nature of the movement of consciousness determines the entire course of human ontogenesis, its mission and program of life [2]. Under favorable conditions of the outside world, changes occur in the individual more pronounced adverse social conditions delay the opening of the consciousness. Self-expanding human consciousness through the power of his same higher consciousness and correctly assisted by other people. At any age in humans remains scope of intellectual and spiritual growth, and this opportunity should be used until the last minutes of life.

In the early ontogeny of the individual observed unconscious, superficial and deep, fast and slow spontaneous transitions from one mental state to another, due to the plasticity of mental and physiological processes. With age, this ability is lost and the person becomes centered in the outer personality, which is attractive nucleus of the ego. Ego-centered individual is an external terminal of a man who is rooted in his spirit. Talent, genius is related to maintaining and increasing internal communication between the outer personality and the soul. Education temporary and permanent internal communication alters the growth or reduction of the level of consciousness. In science, this process is often referred to as an altered state of consciousness.

Giftedness, talent, genius - a gift from the inside, when the consciousness manifests itself most clearly in the field of psycho-physiological personality that becomes possible with the most well-organized social and natural support. These qualities indicate a close and constant contact with your social identity true "I".

Based on the above, the interest in such psychological and pedagogical technologies that are associated with altered states of consciousness, to the maintenance and development of natural relationships between the psyche of social identity and higher levels of consciousness [3, 4]. The transition from one level of consciousness to another can be spontaneous and induced [4, 6], carried easily, smoothly and completely transparent to the individual himself and other people.Switching to a new level of reality contributes to the process of self-discovery. During lucid and natural forms of consciousness-raising person becomes aware of stakeholders. Psychological and educational technology should be taken into account and maintain this natural rhythm of extraversion-introversion individual. By contrast, modern techniques are focused on constant mental stress of the mind, the attention in the outer personality. And at the same time artificial methods to change the states of consciousness, which are increasingly used in teaching practice, and especially in the pedagogical and psychological training, can do more harm than good. This is due to the fact that many modern scholars themselves have not experienced altered states of consciousness and are not familiar with the peculiarities of the human impact on the destructive forces.

Techniques of self-observation, self-reflection, introspection, reflection, setting autogenous have natural character and therefore the most secure as a tool for connecting an external person with the higher 'I'. The greatest safety in the construction of internal communications is achieved yogic techniques that are polished practice millennia.

The transition from the ordinary state of consciousness to higher levels is characterized as an altered state of consciousness. Thinking in an altered state of consciousness characterized by greater objectification compared with the thinking in the waking state of consciousness [4].Depending on the configuration possible going beyond conditioned thinking to beyond consciousness. Experimental study of the transition of the mind to higher levels among the most difficult to implement forms of practice of psychology and pedagogy, but that this move by seekers of truth in all parts of the world. Thus, understanding the phenomena of the external personality is possible only in the context of the changes that occur in the deep structures of human consciousness, in the true personality and his soul.
